The path to wholeness and healing from trauma

Healing from trauma is a complex and individualized process that may involve a range of approaches, but here are five key points to keep in mind:

1. Recognize the impact of trauma:

Trauma can have a significant impact on a person's emotional, mental, and physical well-being. You might even think that it hasn't affected you, but suddenly realize how the response to trauma has actually molded your entire life, without you being aware of it. This was my personal case. Recognizing that trauma has occurred and acknowledging its impact is an important first step in the healing process. You might feel like your constantly fighting an invisible enemy or feel trapped in an invisible box that doesn't allow for progress.

2. Seek professional support:

Trauma can be difficult to overcome on your own. Seeking support from a qualified mental health professional, shaman, spiritual counselor, or energy healer... can help you work through the trauma, develop coping skills, and find a path to healing. The path to healing entails different aspects of the human experience and each of those aspects corresponds to a specific approach.

3. Practice self-care:

Engage in activities that help you feel calm, safe, and nurtured. This may include exercise, meditation, ecstatic dance, establishing and practicing personal ceremonies, journaling, spending time with loved ones, treating yourself to a sound bath, or engaging in creative pursuits.

4. Build a support system:

Surround yourself with people who are supportive, understanding, and non-judgmental. This may include family, friends, spiritual communities such as our Aquarius Moon Tribe, church, clubs, or support groups.

5. Be patient and kind to yourself:

Healing from trauma is a process that takes time, and there may be setbacks along the way. Be patient and kind with yourself as you navigate this journey, and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Remember that healing is possible, and with time, effort, and support, you can find a way to move forward from the trauma.

Healing from trauma is a journey that is unique to each individual, and it may not be a linear process. It can be difficult, but it is essential to remember that healing is possible. Seeking support from qualified professionals, engaging in self-care, building a support system, and being patient and kind to yourself are all key steps in the healing process. Remember to celebrate your progress, no matter how small, and know that with time, effort, and support, you can find a path to healing and move forward from the trauma.
